Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with product analytics, data science colleagues, and product partners to scope questions, define success metrics, and build measurement plans
- Analyze product usage and telemetry data to spot trends, opportunities, and problem areas
- Present findings through written analyses, presentations, and concrete recommendations for product and cross-functional teams
- Build or refine dashboards, reports, and self-serve analyses using SQL, Looker, Amplitude, and Hex
- Contribute to data quality efforts and telemetry validation so product data is trustworthy and well understood
Key requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies relevant to data analytics, statistics, or a related field
- Willingness to tackle unfamiliar challenges and see them through
- Comfort asking basic questions, owning mistakes, and learning from them
- Curiosity to challenge the status quo and seek better approaches
- Strong teamwork and clear written and verbal communication
- Bonus: working knowledge of SQL; Python or R for analysis; familiarity with Amplitude, Looker, or Hex; coursework or experience in statistics, experimentation, or A/B testing; basic exposure to machine learning or advanced statistical methods
