Affirm is hiring a remote Analytics Lead!

Affirm is hiring an Analytics Lead to join its Revenue Analytics team, a group that produces analyses, reporting, and scalable data solutions supporting the company's go-to-market, partnerships, and merchant-facing revenue segments. This is a remote-first role in Canada, and it blends hands-on analytics work with strategic partnership: the successful candidate acts as a data subject-matter expert for client success and marketplace teams, builds business cases and dashboards that demonstrate Affirm's value to merchants, and designs and interprets experiments tied to go-to-market efforts and upsell opportunities. The position also carries a scaling mandate, asking the lead to standardize recurring use cases, build analytics infrastructure, and automate reporting so that data-driven decisions can spread across the revenue organization and top merchant accounts. It is a good fit for someone with at least five years in an analytically demanding role who is comfortable operating amid ambiguity, defining KPIs and methodologies, and communicating findings persuasively to both internal stakeholders and external partners. The team is described as cross-functional and fast-moving, and the posting emphasizes ownership from strategy through implementation.
